Don’t Ya Just Wish…

you could design and sew as well as some of the costuming professionals?  I sure do!  I have to remind myself that I DO have a “day job” that takes me away from the house 40+ hrs each week and that my passion for sewing is a “when time allows” sort of thing.

Today I tripped across a site in which a historical costumier has posted photos of her work.  Ommah-garsch!  SOOOOO lovely!  You MUST go out and check out her site:

Ninya Mikhaila covers a number of eras in her costumes and accessories.  She also provides links out to other interesting costume related sites.

If you have 5 minutes to prowl around, remember to swing past my little website: to see the most recent photos I’ve posted.  Also, I’ve added several “Dress Up Opportunities” in case you’d like to join us for any of the events!

Greetings from Seattle in the lush and green NW corner of the USA!

Lady Victoria and husband Sir Harry of Essex (London), reside these days in picturesque Seattle, Washington USA. They interact with a number of vintage or antique groups, including the historical costuming group Somewhere in Time, Unlimited. Come, enjoy an afternoon with Lady V and Sir Harry!
